For your Education, we have designed our 3 day Cash Flow Workshop to teach you every aspect of the business through a step-by-step process. You will be working with experienced Coaches who will be teaching you all facets of Real Estate Investing.
Whether you are new to real estate or are a seasoned investor, this program has something for everyone. We will provide you with more beneficial information and content than the standard Real Estate Seminar. This will include:
- How to locate properties and know within minutes whether they are a viable deal
- How to obtain financing for these deals
- How to write up your contracts
- How to rehab your properties, to sell or rent, and
- How to Wholesale properties…all of this in such a way that will give you the confidence and experience to succeed.
This Program also includes a tour of local neighborhoods and current projects we are working on so you can see exactly how we manage our deals. Our hands-on approach has been proven to be the best way, by far, to learn about Real Estate Investing.
We also add to these 3 days by providing you with an additional 90 days of on-going support as your Personal Mentors. During this part of the Program we will be available to you through emails, phone calls, text messages, and/or personal meetings to ensure your next deal is successful.
